TICKETING & BOX OFFICE

As of March 2023, tickets for events at Kings Theatre are sold exclusively via ATG Tickets and are available for purchase through our box office and websiteWe strongly urge all our patrons to purchase their tickets only through these authorized outlets. We do not recommend purchasing tickets through third parties, online resellers, or other ticket sales operations.  

Tickets obtained from sources outside of Kings Theatre and ATG Tickets may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and will not be honored.

BOX OFFICE HOURS + LOCATION

Our Box Office is located directly next to Kings Theatre (1027 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY).

On event nights, the box office opens 2 hour prior to the advertised start time and closes approximately 30 minutes after the headlining artist begins.

Our box office accepts cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for payment.

PRE-SALE TICKETS

Pre-sale tickets may only be purchased on our website using the applicable pre-sale code. Presale tickets are not sold in-person at our box office.

TICKET RESALE

To avoid issues with counterfeit, stolen, or voided tickets, guests should make all ticketing purchases through our authorized ticketing platform, ATG Tickets and kingstheatre.com. Kings Theatre will not be responsible for validating tickets that were not purchased through an authorized outlet.  

WILL CALL

Will Call tickets are available for pick up at the Box Office starting 60 minutes prior to the advertised show time. Kings Theatre Box Office will not accept third party will call. Please note the box office closes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour after the performance has begun. 

REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final, and event details including lineup and start time are subject to change without notice. In the event of a canceled event, all ticket holders will be refunded.

ATG SELECT

ATG Select seats are premium tickets to some of the most popular seating locations in the venue. Utilizing market-driven pricing, we ensure patrons have direct access to the best seats in the house. ATG Select seats do not include any packages, VIP, or hospitality upgrades to the ticket. Any upgrades available may be added to your order after placing ATG Select tickets into your cart, and will be noted as add-ons or upgrades.

ATG Select seats are not resale tickets – they are official tickets being sold for the first time on kingstheatre.com. ATG Select ticket prices are automatically adjusted in real-time taking into consideration the demand and remaining supply. This helps our patrons have access to the best seats, and enables our artists and live event performers to sell tickets at their fair market value.

Accessible Seating

Accessible Seating for eligible patrons can be secured by contacting us at [email protected]. Accessible seats can also be purchased on our event pages as noted by the wheelchair icon. Patrons can purchase companion seats.

Accessible restrooms are located off the Lobby area located on the main Orchestra level.  Additional restrooms are located on the Mezzanine and our lower lobby, but do require the use of stairs.

Due to the historic nature of Kings Theatre, we do not have elevators anywhere inside of the venue. To access the Mezzanine level, guests must utilize stairs. Entrance to Kings Theatre and inside the main show space is flat and accessible with ramps located inside to access seating. 

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available for deaf and hard-of-hearing patrons at no charge. Patrons can request an Assistive Listening Device in advance by contacting us at [email protected] or pick one up at the theatre. Please see a Guest Service Usher, Supervisor or visit the Guest Services Center upon your arrival to arrange for the use of an Assistive Listening Device. 

ASL Interpreters

ASL Interpreters are available for deaf and hard-of-hearing patrons and must be requested in advance. Contact us at [email protected] to request an interpreter for the event you would like to attend at least one week in advance.  

Captioning Services

Captioning Services are available for select events. When captioning is available, venue announcements and emergency announcements made on the Public Address System will be captioned. This mobile-based system allows any guest with a Smart Phone or tablet to view real-time announcements broadcasted in the venue on their phone/tablet. If you have the need for captioning services, please contact us at [email protected] at least one week prior to the event with your request. 

Flashing Lights / Strobe / Haze

Flashing Lights / Strobe / Haze warnings will be posted on the event page via the Kings Theatre website in the case of a show heavily using these effects. Patrons are also alerted via pre-show email communication and signage throughout the venue. 

Outside Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverage are typically prohibited, but medical exemptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] two days prior to the event you would like to attend for more information.

For guests who have sensory processing needs:

Kings Theatre has partnered with KultureCity® to enhance our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our goal is to provide an inclusive experience for all guests during all events. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing needs by supplying our staff with annual training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests.

  • KultureCity® Sensory bags: KultureCity® Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, feeling thermometer, fidget tools, and noise-canceling headphones are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at Guest Services located in the lobby. Sensory bags can be used for all abilities of all ages.
  • Weighted Lap Pads: Weighted lap pads are available upon request (at no cost by leaving an ID) at Guest Services located in the lobby.
  • Strobe-Canceling Glasses: Strobe-canceling glasses are available upon request (at no cost by leaving an ID) at at Guest Services located in the lobby.
  • Quiet Space: A Quiet space is available in the fireplace lounge, located in the lobby near Door 6. There is a sign designating this area as a quiet zone.
  • Headphone Zones: Headphone zones (loud areas) are located throughout the venue, particularly in the theatre and the lobby.

ALCOHOL SERVING & CONSUMPTION

For most events at Kings Theatre, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase to patrons ages 21 & up. Guests are required to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Kings Theatre reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of 21 who is observed to be in possession of, or consuming alcohol on the premises. Management reserves the right to deny entry to visibly impaired guests and may refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. Any impaired guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the venue, without a refund. 

The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages will cease at specific times during events including approximately one-half hour prior to the end of a Concert performance and after Intermission during Theatrical and/or Family performances. Alcohol service can be discontinued at the discretion of management.  

Pursuant to NY State Law, we accept the following forms of identification for purchases of alcohol: Valid United States Driver's License, Passport, United States Passport Card, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo, Military I.D. w/ Photo, Canadian Driver’s License and Mexican Consular Card. 

At our bars, we partner with Cup Zero, a visionary initiative aimed at curbing single-use cup waste through reusable cups. Guests can enjoy a refreshing beverage and then recycle their cup in our branded bins or return their cup to the bar for a $1 credit off on their next drink. Cups will be commercially sanitized and reused again and again. 

ATM

Kings Theatre does not have an ATM onsite; credit/debit cards are accepted at concessions. 

BAGS

Bags must be 18”x14”x9” or smaller to be permitted into the building. Oversized bags including hiking backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the Theatre. All bags will be thoroughly searched by our security team upon check in.

COAT CHECK

Coat check is available on a show-by-show basis. Please reference the Know Before You Go email that is sent to all ticket holders for information on coat check.

Once your item has been checked, please take a picture of your ticket. Checked items cannot be returned without a tag or photo of tag.

One item per tag. Oversized items are subject to additional charge.

Any unclaimed items will be brought to Kings Theatre’s lost and found. Please contact [email protected] to inquire about a lost item with a description of the item and the date the item was lost. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Beverages and light snacks (popcorn, candy, etc.) are available for purchase during events. These can be purchased at our bars found on every level or from our roving concessionaires throughout the theatre.  

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside of the theatre, except in the case of medical exemption. Please contact [email protected] in advance of the event you will be attending.

Empty water bottles are allowed in the theatre.

All of our beverages are served in reusable cups courtesy of Cup Zero, a visionary initiative aimed at curbing single-use cup waste. RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located on the basement, orchestra, and mezzanine level. ADA restrooms are located on the Orchestra level off the main lobby. Family restrooms with changing tables are located on the basement level in addition to the ADA restrooms located on the Orchestra level.  

SECURITY

All patrons are subject to security screening using walk-through magnetometers and handheld metal detectors, visual inspection, and bag inspection. Guests who refuse this security screening will not be allowed to enter the venue. Should any guest have a physical condition that does not allow them to walk through a magnetometer (e.g., pregnancy, pacemaker, etc.), please notify Security personnel upon arrival. 

MERCH

Artist merchandise is available for purchase during select events.

In the venue, connect to our free public wi-fi KINGS Theatre - Guest in one quick step. Follow the brief on-screen prompt and then you will have access to our in-venue wi-fi.

ANIMALS

Animals are not permitted in the Kings Theatre; however, an exception is made for leashed, harnessed, and housebroken Service Animals. If a patron requires a service animal, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation purposes. Please contact us at [email protected].

CANCELED/POSTPONED EVENTS

If an event is canceled or postponed, all ticket holders will be notified via email as soon as possible. Please visit the specific event page or contact [email protected] for updated information. 

CAMERAS & PHOTOGRAPHY

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, and professional cameras including telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted inside of the venue. Flash photography of any kind is not permitted. The camera and photo policy will be strictly enforced. Management reserves the right to deny any electronic device, including point and shoot cameras, at their discretion.

 

CROWD PHOTO RELEASE

By entering this space, you consent to having your image captured. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video, and audio recordings, may be used by Kings Theatre or local promotional entities without restriction or financial compensation, in news materials, promotional materials, on the web and other properties.

If you do not agree to having your image captured or recorded, please do not enter the venue.

CHILDREN & FAMILIES

For most events, children 12 months or younger may enter Kings Theatre free of charge but must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult. Any child that does not meet this age requirement will require a ticket to enter the Theatre and must occupy their ticketed seat only. Each parent/guardian may have only (1) child 12 months or younger to enter with them free of charge. Some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different policy and require children 12 months and younger to have a purchased ticket. Please refer to the event calendar for more information. Kings Theatre does not provide booster seats for any performance.  

Guests are encouraged not to bring strollers if possible. Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the venue. Stroller parking may be available for select performances.  

Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into the building. Should the bag become an obstruction due to its size, guests may be asked to check the bag with our Guest Services Center. 

EARPLUGS

Earplugs are available for purchase in the lobby.

FIRST AID

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) personnel are available on-site to assist guests during events.

GUEST CONDUCT

Kings Theatre is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience for all guests and staff. 

  • Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the venue.
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and will not occupy areas for which they do not possess a valid ticket.
  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter areas not ticketed for will be immediately ejected from the venue.
  • Guests will not be permitted to smoke in the theatre at any time. The theatre enforces a no re-entry policy.
  • Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding COVID protocols, facility operations, and emergency response procedures.
  • Your ticket is a revocable license for the event attended and is subject to the full terms found here. Management reserves the right to revoke this license without refund for non-compliance Kings Theatre terms and policies.
  • Theatre staff may intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who do not adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without a refund. 

GENERAL ADMISSION EVENTS

For select performances, the General Admission area is located directly in front of the stage and offers standing room only, there are no seats. Due to the small size of our GA area and the location of our venue, guests are discouraged from lining up early. Doors will open at the same time for all Guests. After entering the building, all Guests with GA tickets will receive a wristband to access the General Admission pit area. Stage diving, moshing or any other unruly behavior will not be tolerated. 

LOST & FOUND

Lost & Found is in the Guest Services Center located off the lobby on the Orchestra level. During an event, guests should visit Guest Services to inquire about lost items. After an event, please contact is at kingsinfo@atgentertainment.com with a description of the item and the date the item was lost. 

PRESS & MEDIA REQUESTS

Members of official media outlets may request press credentials prior to events by contacting [email protected]. Approvals are given on a case-by-case basis.  

RE-ENTRY

Re-entry is not permitted.  

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in the Theatre at any time. Additionally, electronic smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the building. There is an outdoor smoking area that is available for use only after entry is complete. Please visit the main entrance for assistance locating the smoking area. 

STANDING POLICY

Guests are allowed to stand during a fully seated event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles and on chairs is prohibited. 

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

There is limited street parking available in the area surrounding Kings Theatre.

We strongly encourage patrons to take public transportation or Taxi/Uber/Lyft when visiting Kings Theatre. Visit the MTA site for directions or to enquire about Access-A-Ride.   

The nearest subway stations to Kings Theatre include the Q at Beverly Road (not an accessible station); the B at Church Av (not an accessible station); and the 2/5 at Beverly Road (not an accessible station). Although a bit further, the 2/5 at Church Av is an accessible station.  

Nearest MTA Bus Routes to Flatbush Ave include the B103, B41, B49, and BM2.
