<p>Accessible restrooms are located off the Lobby area located on the main Orchestra level.&nbsp; Additional restrooms are located on the Mezzanine and our lower lobby, but do require the use of stairs.</p>
<p>Due to the historic nature of Kings Theatre, we do not have elevators anywhere inside of the venue. To access the Mezzanine level, guests must utilize stairs. Entrance to Kings Theatre and inside the main show space is flat and accessible with ramps located inside to access seating.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kings Theatre has partnered with <a rel="noopener" href="https://www.kulturecity.org/" target="_blank">KultureCity®</a> to enhance our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our goal is to provide an inclusive experience for all guests during all events. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing needs by supplying our staff with annual training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests.</p>

<h3><strong>ALCOHOL SERVING &amp; CONSUMPTION</strong></h3>
<p>For most events at Kings Theatre, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase to patrons ages 21 &amp; up. Guests are required to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Kings Theatre reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of 21 who is observed to be in possession of, or consuming alcohol on the premises. Management reserves the right to deny entry to visibly impaired guests and may refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. Any impaired guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the venue, without a refund.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages will cease at specific times during events including approximately one-half hour prior to the end of a Concert performance and after Intermission during Theatrical and/or Family performances. Alcohol service can be discontinued at the discretion of management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

The camera and photo policy will be strictly enforced. Management reserves the right to deny any electronic device, including point and shoot cameras, at their discretion.</p>

<p>By entering this space, you consent to having your image captured. <h3><strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW97462417 BCX0">CHILDREN &amp; FAMILIES</span></strong></h3>
<p>For most events, children 12 months or younger may enter Kings Theatre free of charge but must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult. Any child that does not meet this age requirement will require a ticket to enter the Theatre and must occupy their ticketed seat only. Each parent/guardian may have only (1) child 12 months or younger to enter with them free of charge. Some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different policy and require children 12 months and younger to have a purchased ticket. Please refer to the event calendar for more information. Kings Theatre does not provide booster seats for any performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Guests are encouraged not to bring strollers if possible. Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the venue. Stroller parking may be available for select performances.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into the building. Should the bag become an obstruction due to its size, guests may be asked to check the bag with our Guest Services Center.&nbsp;</p>

<p>To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive experience for all, guests are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct while at Kings Theatre:</p>

<li>Guests shall be respectful and courteous to those around them at all times.</li>
<li>Guests shall avoid behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of the event, including blocking the view of others or using foul or offensive language.</li>
<li>During certain performances, artists may request that guests be allowed to stand in front of their assigned seats. Even in these instances, guests must remain respectful of others and not obstruct views unnecessarily.</li>
<li>Guests shall not engage in disorderly conduct including fighting, obscene gestures, or throwing objects.</li>
<li>Guests shall not interfere with the performance, performers, or event operations in any way.</li>
<li>Guests must not stand on seats or any part of the building structure.</li>
<li>Aisles and egress paths must remain clear at all times.</li>
<li>Guests must sit only in the seats indicated on their ticket and be prepared to present their ticket upon request.</li>
<li>Attempting to enter unauthorized or ticket-restricted areas will result in removal from the venue.</li>
<li>Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the theatre, in accordance with New York City law. Please note that Kings Theatre enforces a no re-entry policy.</li>
<li>Guests consuming alcoholic beverages are expected to do so responsibly.</li>
<li>Guests must follow all instructions from Kings Theatre staff, including those related to health and safety protocols, emergency procedures, and general operations.</li>

<p>For select performances, the General Admission area is located directly in front of the stage and offers standing room only, there are no seats. Due to the small size of our GA area and the location of our venue, guests are discouraged from lining up early. Doors will open at the same time for all Guests. After entering the building, all Guests with GA tickets will receive a wristband to access the General Admission pit area. Stage diving, moshing or any other unruly behavior will not be tolerated.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Smoking is not permitted in the Theatre at any time. Additionally, electronic smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the building. There is an outdoor smoking area that is available for use only after entry is complete. Please visit the main entrance for assistance locating the smoking area.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW82001591 BCX0">STANDING POLICY</span></strong></h3>
<p>Guests are allowed to stand during a fully seated event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles and on chairs is prohibited.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>TRANSPORTATION &amp; PARKING</strong></h3>
<p>There is limited street parking available in the area surrounding Kings Theatre.</p>
<p><strong>We strongly encourage patrons to take public transportation or Taxi/Uber/Lyft when visiting Kings Theatre.</strong> Visit the <a href="https://new.mta.info/">MTA</a> site for directions or to enquire about Access-A-Ride.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
<p><span>The nearest subway stations to Kings Theatre include the Q at Beverly Road (not an accessible station); the B at Church Av (not an accessible station); and the 2/5 at Beverly Road (not an accessible station). Although a bit further, the 2/5 at Church Av is an accessible station. </span>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span>Nearest MTA Bus Routes to Flatbush Ave include the B103, B41, B49, and BM2.</span>&nbsp;</p>

<h2>We offer a variety of small bites and beverages to enjoy while taking in a show at Kings. Bars are conveniently located on each floor of the venue and serve a selection of sweet and savory snacks, refreshing wine, local beer, and delicious cocktails.</h2>

<p>Bars are located throughout the lobby, with six on the orchestra level, two in the mezzanine and one in the lower level. Our menu includes a variety of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages along with 8" personal pizzas, hot pretzels, popcorn, candy, and chips. *&nbsp;</p>
<p>Limited menu items are also available for pre-order when purchasing your tickets. Save time and order in advance!</p>
